Rice is the professional name of songwriter, entertainer and entrepreneur Jerard Rice. He and his brother M-Ezy are the co-owners of Hustle Work Grind Records, an independent Hip-hop label based in their hometown of Webster, Massachusetts. Jerard’s plan was originally to serve only in a business capacity to support his brother’s music. However, one day in the studio he stepped to the mic and that all changed.
